For the weekend, we visited Walt Disney World and met up with family. I was a bit concerned about this since I didn't know where we would be eating or what I could eat at those places.


I thought about bringing all of my food but then I thought it would be an inconvenience and a bit odd in front of everyone else. Because of this, I only brought a few things and for the rest I did my best at staying  within the parameters of protein and lean meats.





Menu for Day 3

3rd day - 1st Week


Breakfast:
Went to First Watch for Breakfast. 
Ordered, Grilled Chicken and Egg Whites. 
It filled me up but I didn't love it.  

Lunch:
Ground Beef with Mustard

Snack:
No Snack

Dinner:
Lean Steak at Walt Disney World
LOVED IT!
(I asked the server to weight it for me and to keep all of the sides. My steak look pretty                                                                                                                          sad all by itself in that pretty plate) The hardest part was seeing everyone else eating hamburgers and fries. 

Water Intake:
144 oz.  (32 oz were Smart Water)

Happy

4th day - 1st Week

Breakfast:
Medi Shake with Almond Milk 

Snack:
No Snack

Lunch:
Chicken & Ham at Walt Disney World
I absolutely loved this meal. I ordered half a chicken breast grilled and 2 oz of ham.

Dinner:
Chicken Broth 
YUCKS! All of the support boards I look over recommended the Fat Free College Inn 



Water Intake:
160 oz. (32 oz were Smart Water)

5th day - 1st Week

*By now, I am pretty tired of most proteins. All I can manage to think and want is steak*

Ham and Egg Omelet
