Breakfast:
Medi Shake with Unsweetened Almond Milk
I loved it!
Lunch:
Ground Beef with Mustard
I liked it a lot!
Snack:
Cottage Cheese Low Fat
Yucks! I really don't like Cottage Cheese but I have to report it did make me feel full afterwards.
Dinner:
Rotisserie Chicken w/ Hellman's Low Fat Mayonnaise Dressing, a little bif of mustard and a bit of black coarse pepper. (It turned out like a Chicken Salad)
It was ok ...
Water Intake:
128 oz. (32 oz were Smart Water)
Emotinal & Physical Reactions:
Hungry (Only between lunch and snack)
