2nd Day

Menu for today
2nd day - 1st Week

Breakfast:
Medi Shake with Unsweetened Almond Milk

Lunch:
Egg Whites with Canadian Bacon w/ a little bit of Garlic Pepper.
It was very good!

Snack:
One Hard Boiled Egg w/ a little bit of Garlic Pepper.

Dinner:
Ground Beef with Mustard



Water Intake:
144 oz.  (32 oz were Smart Water)

Emotinal & Physical Reactions:
Happy
A little very little headache
